Captains,

It has been brought to my attention that there has been the consumption of alcoholic beverages at the Sports Park in the C Ave Complex of Rockwell Collins during league play this 01 Season. This is a blatant action violating the Rockwell Collins Company Policy of no alcohol consumption on company grounds. It also violates the Recreation Program Policy of the same.

Please take this email as a formal notice that if this behavior continues further action will be taken.

It is your responsibility as Captain of your team to inform all your teammates.
